The impact of perineal rupture is bleeding during
the first hour after childbirth, fistulae, hematoma, and infection. One of the
preventive efforts that can be done to reduce perineal rupture is pregnancy
exercises. The results of a preliminary survey conducted at PMB Dince Safrina
showed that 66.1% out of 186 women giving birth experienced perineal
rupture. This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnancy
exercise and perineal rupture in primiparous women in PMB Dince Safrina in
2015-2018. This quantitative research method used a cross sectional design.
The population was all primiparous mothers at PMB Dince Safrina in 2015
up to 2018 with 219 people. The sampling technique used was total
sampling. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate with the chi-square
statistical test. The results showed that 55.25% of primiparous mothers did
pregnancy exercise and 58.40% experienced perineal rupture. The results of
statistical tests obtained a p-value of 0.000, meaning there was a significant
relationship between pregnancy exercise and the incidence of perineal
rupture in primiparous women with OR of 0.239, indicating that those who
did not do pregnancy exercise would experience perineal rupture 0.239
times than those who did. It is suggested to midwives to maintain pregnancy
exercise classes and provide health education to pregnant women to be more
active in carrying out pregnancy exercises to prevent the occurrence of
perineal rupture during labor.
2020-06-01T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## THE RELATIONSHIP OF KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES OF A FERTILIZER AGE COUPLE ABOUT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH WITH HUSBAND PARTICIPATION IN FAMILY PLANNING 2021-01-07T08:05:58+07:00 Fatiyani Alyensi Okta Vitriani
Abstract

Background. Men and women have the same rights to obtain information and
equal access in fulfilling needs regarding reproductive health. Efforts to develop
reproductive health are not only a person's problem, but also a family concern.
The issue of gender equality and men's responsibility in relation to reproductive
health and family planning (KB) is a new paradigm for the family planning
program that was born from the Cairo Agreement in 1994. One of the obstacles
to efforts to increase men's participation in family planning is that there is still a
misconception in society that tends to targeting women in‟ reproductive problems.
This could be due to the lack of knowledge that families have about women's
reproductive health issues. Purposes research. This is to find out the knowledge
and attitudes of a married couple about women's reproductive health problems.
Method. The study design was non-experimental with a cross sectional approach.
The research was conducted in the working area of Puskesams Rejosari with a
population of fertile aged couples who have at least 1 child and are still using
contraception. The sampling technique was simple random. Test analysis using the
chi square. Results. The results showed that the knowledge and attitudes of fertile
aged couples about reproductive health were not related to their husband's
participation in family planning. (p> 0.05). It is hoped that health workers can
promote family planning in men to increase the husband's participation in family
planning.
2020-06-01T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE INCIDENT OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT(LBW) IN REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL OF ARIFIN ACHMAD, PEKANBARU 2021-01-07T08:08:52+07:00 Elly Susilawati Jasmi .
