Partisipasi Sosial Bank Pohon: Adaptasi Iklim dan Promosi Kesehatan

Studi kasus kualitatif ini menganalisis partisipasi sosial dalam Program Bank Pohon Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Riau sebagai strategi adaptasi perubahan iklim dan promosi kesehatan kampus. Kajian kampus hijau umumnya menekankan infrastruktur fisik atau kinerja lingkungan, sedangkan proses sosial yang menjaga keberlanjutan adaptasi berbasis pohon dan ko-manfaat kesehatan masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan tersebut dengan mengintegrasikan kerangka partisipasi Cohen dan Uphoff, modal sosial, serta perspektif iklim-kesehatan. Informan dari pimpinan, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa, alumni, Humendala, BPDAS, dan DLHK dipilih secara purposif. Data wawancara, observasi, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan dokumen dianalisis secara tematik berbantuan NVivo 12 Plus. Partisipasi paling kuat pada pelaksanaan, cukup pada pengambilan keputusan dan pemanfaatan manfaat, serta paling lemah pada evaluasi. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada konseptualisasi Bank Pohon sebagai infrastruktur hijau partisipatif yang nilai adaptasi dan kesehatannya ditentukan oleh pemeliharaan, pertumbuhan tajuk, monitoring tanaman hidup, literasi risiko panas, penggunaan ruang hijau yang inklusif, dan tanggung jawab bersama.
